Getting Away

Five others and myself are headed to Blue Cloud Abbey for a 24 Hr. Prayer Day Apart. I am looking forward to sitting in God's presence to listen to what God may say to me. It seems strange, I know, to think of God talking in this way to any one of us. But I do believe that through prayer, conversation does happen. Too often, we hear only the "noise" of the activities and day around us and do not listen deeply for the whispers of God.
