Unbelievable! Tomorrow is my last day for this session at Saint Paul School of Theology. Someone said it perfectly: the first couple of days last week, thought this was going to be a long time, and now it's over. Somehow the time flew by! It's been like one l-o-n-g day.
I have met so many people, made so many friends, connected with God and myself.... I wrote in one paper, "I find myself eager to be headed home, but equally wishful that this experience would not end."

Hello from the Mid-State District of Missouri. I too enjoyed the beginning classes and fellow pastors at SPSOT in Kansas City. And I want to thank you for your contributions and spirit of joy you shared with us. Your parish at Asbury UMC is truly blessed with you as a leader and pastor. Sometimes we need to get away to be refreshed and uplifted in order to bring those things back to our congregations. Please keep my churches at Paris Fork & St. James in your thoughts and prayers. Wednesday evening begins our Summer Revival @ SJUMC and on August 8 @ PFUMC we will be having our Annual BBQ. This is an important time with both churches finding their ways out of the tough economic times. Thank you and Asbury UMC for sharing your gifts and presence with us at COS. Blessings and Peace!
