What a wonderful Sunday we experienced. God is working mightily, the Spirit was everywhere and enjoying the day of praise and service to God! So much joy, so much laughter, so much excitement as we took the time to hear God calling us and to see where we may be called to serve, to be gathered as a community, to be following Christ.
And then, this Friday, the movie in the sanctuary -- what fun that was! Kids and adults joined in laughter, confirmation students voluntarily serving during intermission.
Church .... it's not only a place we attend to better understand how God would have us live and to praise God for all the blessings that are bestowed on us; but it is also a place to just have fun, to be with family and friends and meet new people and to enjoy!
